Services include turning the A/C down, arrange light cleaning, stock the
refrigerator, start the newspaper, check cable or TV service, charge the golf
cart, get the vehicles detailed, windows washed, etc

There may be times while your away that you would like
maintenance service performed at the residence. We can open the residence for
the provider and monitor the work

We do our utmost to protect your home and the
information about your home:
Personal information
- we keep our client information in our database with restricted access. Passwords, gate
codes, access codes are kept in the database as well with restricted access.
Keys - We don't label keys with clients name or street address of the
property. Each key is coded and indexed by a serial number.
Background Check
- House Nanny performs a background check on each Home Inspector. We check and reject anyone with a criminal
history.
Bonding and Insurance
– Atlantic Property Management has a
$100,000 bond that covers all employees. This provides protection to the Florida
property owner in the case of convicted theft.
Insurance protects the home owner against damages.
